Location	Beaufort district. Near Siaunggau Forest Reserve. Roadside, Jalan Lubok, ca. 1.8 km S of junction with Jln Weston. Edge of forest, Swamps along road. Ca. 3 m elev.

Note	Sub-acaulescent massiv Pandan with short trunk (up to 30 cm in diam.). Leaves up to 4 m long, erect, with reddish sheath; prickles on midvein near base red. Fruit a single sub-conical syncarp on a straight, erect peduncle (32 cm in length). Syncarp yellow when ripped, c. 12 x 30 cm. Nice fragrance. Stigma 2-forked.
