NoteEpiphyte; internodes 1-4 cm long, 1.3 cm diam.; cataphylls green, 17 cm long, turning brown, remaining intact; petioles terete, dark green, weakly glossy, 5 mm diam.; geniculum 6 mm diam.; blades oblong-elliptic, acuminate, weakly cordulate at base, subcoriaceous, dark green and semiglossy above, moderately paler and semiglossy below; midrib deeply sunken and concolorous above, narrowly raised, matte and darker below; primary lateral veins sunken-quilted and concolorous above, convex and darker below; inflorescences 1-2 per axil; peduncle 3 cm long, 4 mm diam., pale green, coarsely white-streaked, tube 3.5 cm long, 1.6 cm diam., inner surfaces dark purple-violet; female flowers pale green.
