Terrestrial or epiphyte; blades in rosette; cataphylls unknown; petiole sharply 1-ribbed medially, acutely 3-ribbed abaxially dark green, semiglossy; blades subcoriaceous, dark green and semiglossy above, paler and semiglossy below; midrib acutely angled and concolorous above, angular and acutely 1-ribbed abaxially; primary lateral veins narrowly raised and concolorous above, narrowly raised and slightly paler below; tertiary veins weakly raised and concolorous below; inflorescence erect-spreading; spathe medium green, weakly glossy and tinged purple outside, semiglossy and green inside; spadix green, tinged purple matte, 1 cm diam.
