Remarks

Intermountain steppe with Purshia, Artemisia, Eriogonum spp., Balsamorhiza spp. on Eriogonum. Hillside above seasonal runoff channel W of road, still with a trickle of flowing water, just past the first cattle guard. Apparently parasitic on Eriogonum.
