Remarks

Terrestrial 1.0-1.5 m tall; petioles sheathed to above middle, medium green, semiglossy; blades thinly coriaceous, dark green and semiglossy above, moderately paler and matte below; major veins sunken and concolorous above; midrib narrowly rounded and paler below; spathe tube greenish outside, tinged purple on open side, dark purple within; spathe blade white; female spadix orange.
