Remarks

Herbaceous vine, the stem clambering over low shrubs. Inflorescence pendent. Outer tepals bright pink outside, paler inside with dark purple-bronw spots near apex. Inner tepals on outside surface with bright pink stripe down center, and ivory-white near margins with dark purple-brown spots; inside of inner tepals ivory-white with dark purple-brown spots. This site is the type locality of this locally endemic species. The coordinates have been rounded to nearest minute and locality notes have been removed because the specimen is considered to be in a protected conservation status.
