Epiphytic vine; internodes; elongated, medium green and weakly glossy, soon reddish brown, 5-6 mm diam.; cataphylls 3.5 cm long, green, soon persisting as pale, thin fibers appressed to stems; petioles subterete, narrowly sulcate, weakly globose; blades subcoriaceous, dark green and velvety-matte above, moderately paler and weakly glossy to glossy below; midrib acute and paler above; minor veins flat, slightly paler above, flattened and darker below; inflorescence spreading erect, pale green; spadix, medium green, weakly glossy, 3 mm diam., becoming yellowish with green pistils post-anthesis, 5 mm diam.
