Epiphyte; internodes reddish brown, scurfy, 3.6 cm diam; cataphylls green, densely green-scaly, 38 cm long; petiole terete, brownish, weakly and closely transverse-wrinkled, densely green-scaly; blades thinly coriaceous, dark green and matte-subvelvety above, moderately paler and semiglossy below; midrib sunken and slightly paler above, narrowly round-raised, yellow-green, matte and paler below; secondary veins deeply sunken and concolorous above, narrowly round-raised and slightly paler below; minor veins moderately distinct; cross-veins visible; inflorescences 4 per axil; peduncle-like petioles 1.3 cm diam.; spathe brownish.
