Xianggelila (Zhongdian) Xian: Xiao Zhongdian. Tianbao Shan, east of Xiao Zhongdian. Narrow valley with cut over Abies-Picea-Larix forest on lower slopes and scree above on both sides of valley; with meadow-like areas near stream and on slope between scree. 3680-3840 m. elev.

Thickets and in forest. Tepals white with small, black spots. Vouchered with Boufford 35331 collected at the same place on 26 July 2006.
