Sparsely branched tree ca. 4 m tall. Inflorescence axes medium green, pedicels darker, ovary yellow green, buds globose, pale green mottled, brownish purple, petals cream white above, anthers pale yellow, ca. 140, carpels ca. 7.

Well branched tree ca. 8m tall. Leaves dark green above, paler beneath. Ovary and petals in bud light green, inner surface of petals in open flowers paler, stamens somewhat tangled, filaments cream white, anthers dehisced, turning brownish, disc cream white, pre-receptive stigmas pale green.
