Epiphyte at 4 m; stems to more than 1 m long, 4.2 cm diam., medium green with prominent coarse raised white streaks at the nodes, eventually brownish; cataphylls sharply 2-edged (margins raised), persisting as pale fibers with fragments of pale brown epidermis; petioles obtusely flattened adaxially with prominent striation with marked discontinuances so as to feel finely warty, medium green, weakly glossy, the margins acute near apex; blades subcoriaceous, semiglossy to glossy, moderately bicolorous; midrib sunken and slightly paler above; primary lateral veins obtusely sunken and concolorous above, narrowly rounded and conspicuous below; minor veins moderately distinct; inflorescences 3-4 per axil; peduncle 10 x 11 mm midway, pale green, coarsely pale striate, to 9 cm long' spathe pale green, matte, densely short pale-lineate; spathe blade white outside, blade creamy white, tube tinged, weakly pinkish inside; female spadix creamy white post-anthesis; spadix creamy white.

Terrestrial on steep bank; internodes to 5 cm long, both longitudinally ribbed and transversely fissured, light yellow-brown; petioles terete, medium green, densely pale linate-striate, weakly glossy; blade subcoriaceous, moderately bicolorous, semiglossy above, glossy below; midrib much paler, bluntly raised above, bluntly acute and slightly paler below; primary lateral veins weakly quilted and slightly paler above, narrowly raised and weakly paler below; minor veins fine; inflorescences 2-3 per axil; peduncle pale green, finely striate, semiglossy; spathe medium green on tube, finely whitish on blade outside, semiglossy throughout, whitish in blade and glossy outside, dark maroon and glossy inside tube.

Hemiepiphyte; internodes dark green, matte, 1.1 cm diam.; petioles sheathed throughout, erect at base, spreading at apex, semiglossy inside, matte outside, shaft sparcely dark-lineate; blades subcoriaceous, matte, bicolorous; midrib and primary lateral veins sunken and concolorous above; midrib narrowly round-raised and paler below; primary lateral veins narrowly convex and slightly paler below; inflorescence solitary; spathe pale green, semiglossy outside on tube, creamy white on blade, pale green and glossy inside; female spadix pale yellow-green.
