Xishuangbanna Daizuzi-Zhizhou; NW of Menglun-zhen between Menglun-zhen and Jingzu-Xiang on route G213 along a tributary of the Nanban Jiang (Nanban River). Mixed broadleaved evergreen and deciduous forest with Fagaceae and Lauraceae common on steep, unaltered slopes, also Duabanga common along main stream; most of forest on accessible slopes converted to rubber plantations. 830-920 m. elev.
