Mixed conifer forest of subalpine fir, Douglas fir, lodgepole pine,and aspen mixed with Artemisia tridentata ssp. vaseyana and snowberry. Substrate sloping. Leaves pinnately compound. 5 calyx lobes, 7-10mm. Corolla 20-26 mm. Galea blunt without beak, no teeth. 3 anthers on these specimens.
